Bibò, a dentist, encounters an old woman seeking dental help without an appointment.
Despite his refusal, he eventually agrees to help her and extracts a tooth.
The grateful woman gives him two figs, claiming they can make dreams come true.
Bibò dismisses her as crazy and puts the figs aside.
That night, he eats one of the figs and has a dream where he is in his underwear in public and the Eiffel Tower bends.
The next morning, he realizes his dream has come true and everyone in Paris is staring at him in his underwear.
Bibò begins to study hypnosis and uses self-affirmations to become wealthy in his dreams.
He plans to eat the second fig but Marcel, his dog, eats it instead.
Bibò wakes up under his bed and realizes he is now a dog.
